I've been planning to change my username for a while now (I still love that song by Within Temptation, but have decided I shouldn't have such an angsty username from when I was 16 anymore). In the end, I decided to go with my Chinese name, tan mei, it has part of my name in it at least, it's short, and it's also free as a username on a number of sites. I've just arrived back from a 7-week holiday, and one of the things I picked up was a Chinese chop seal with my Chinese name carved into it, which I wanted to use on my artwork (and also as a watermark).

I've also been meaning to get a costume page up-and-running on Facebook until I can be bothered building a real website, and I'm planning on building my graphic design website at some point as well...(I'm so lazy right now)

I haven't been active on dA for a while thanks to my final year of uni, but am hoping to put up some more cosplay-related things this year (I still have tons of photos from 2013 to sort through).

Proud to say that I have now finished my design degree in Digital Media (and now have Honours as well), after 4 long years at university! Probably going to take some time off to just work part-time at my current job, before looking for a full time job. Hoping to start some new costume projects, and I'm also in a local theatre's production of The Phantom of the Opera this June, so rehearsals are starting pretty soon! It's going to be an exciting year!
