Description
Made by me, for a friend. We are both attending an Alice in Wonderland themed costume party, and this will be the skirt of her costume. Her character is the White Queen, from Through The Looking Glass.

This was made after I showed her the red version of this skirt I made for myself. She begged me to make one for her, and off I went to buy the fabric today and sew it tonight.
I would have normally used a black ruffle on this skirt like the red one, but had no black remnants left. I think the white works nearly as well. Stylistically, they're the same, and the waistband won't be seen anyway.
